This symposium encouraged interaction between researchers, institutions and civil society players, while promoting the exchange of knowledge and best practices around the 3Rs and highlighting the significant advances made in France in this field. <\/p>\n\n<p>The program was structured around four thematic sessions, covering FC3R actions, current initiatives and prospects for further integrating the 3Rs principle into scientific practice.  <br\/>Finally, the FC3R Scientific Committee presented its first 3R Awards for &#8220;Research&#8221;
